The Back on Track Women's Long-johns offers mid to lower limb pain management for conditions such as lower back pain, groin problems, superficial hip pain, sciatic pain, period pain, or the cold sensation sometimes associated with bladder problems. In relation to hip pain, we have seen good results when the problems are linked to the superficial muscle and tendon known as the tensor fascia lata. The Women's long-johns have superior thermal properties and ideal for those who feel the cold, work outdoors or generally have poor circulation. Measurement is around the waist.
